Hatoko is in Japan and customers of Hatoko Cafe demand UFO and monkey bread. So I must create dessert to satisfy お客様. I wanted to make Crème caramel, my favorite, but ちょっと難しいですね。I found receipt for Blueberry Lemon Squares.

レシピ

For Crust: 1 cup butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups flour

For Filling: 1/2 sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, lemon zest and juice, 1/8 salt, 3 eggs, 2 cups blueberries

First I made crust. Put softened butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Mix on low until fluffy.  Add flour and beat until becomes small crumbs. Press down in pan.

I baked 400 degree for 12 to 15 minutes until brown.

Next I made filling. I got lemon zest with Micro-なんとか。(きもちかった）

Place lemon zest and juice, sugar, flour and salt in bowl.

Wisk until smooth. (Watch out for ネコ who wants to lick bowl)

Spread blueberry on crust.

Pour the filling on blueberry.

Sprinkle the rest of the crust on top.

Bake on 350 degree for 30 to 40 minutes and then let cool. (Watch out for 猫 again!)

麺やはセルフうどんのチェーン店なのだけど、チェーン店だからとバカにしてはいけません
適度なコシと透明感のある麺　冷たいうどんは冷水できゅっと締めてある

見よ、この麺の美しさ

小さい頃はプリンのプールで泳ぎたいと思ってました
